2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all states and territories within the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand internationally soon—stay tuned!

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.

4. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: ₦1,500 per order, regardless of weight or quantity.
  • Express Delivery: Available for ₦2,500—delivered within 1–2 business days subject to location.
  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3–5 business days via our trusted courier partners.

  • Local trusted courier services in remote regions

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email and SMS. Simply enter that number on the carrier’s website or click the tracking link in your order confirmation to monitor your delivery in real time.

8. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for on-time delivery, external factors (weather, strikes, public holidays) can sometimes cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at contactaddmie@gmail.com or +234 913 883 0000.

9. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and notify us within 48 hours so we can initiate a claims process with the carrier.
  • For lost packages, we’ll investigate with the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
